Overcoming Health Challenges
Life is hard, but when your health is taking a turn for the worse, it gets even harder.
Your physical and mental health are so deeply connected. It’s hard to get bad news or to change your lifestyle. And it can feel like you are all alone. You aren’t - or at least you don’t have to be.
As someone who has dealt with chronic illness, I have a heart and compassion for those who are facing these health struggles, and who want to view health through a Biblical worldview. Trusting Jesus, while doing what you can do to take care of the bodies - the temples- He has given us.
But doing it alone is overwhelming and scary. Whether health struggles bring anxiety, fear, depression, or an ‘I can conquer this’ attitude (or even all three at once), having support along the way can make a big difference.
Reach out today and let me walk with you on this journey.
The stillness, the fear, the words, and the emptiness that’s in your mind when you hear it.
A doctor says to you, “You have…”
PCOS, Diabetes, Thyroid dysfunction, Cancer…
“What do I do now?” the questions run through your mind. Your peace seems to fade, and you live in the unknown.
Your doctors have plans, but you still have to face this and live with it.
It’s at times like these that you need support, compassion, and tools to overcome your anxiety.
Don’t try to do it alone.
