Anxiety is something that all too many of us face. From panic attacks to various Anxiety symptoms (restlessness, easily fatigued, difficulty concentrating, irritability, sleep disturbance, muscle tension), some people consider anxiety to simply be a reality most of us live with in today’s society.

But it doesn’t have to be.

There is hope!

I help my clients identify the root cause of their anxiety and name what they are afraid of. After naming a fear, we focus on tools or skills to help alleviate this pain in their lives. Sometimes these skills come from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, other times they are from ecotherapy or lifestyle changes. All the while, we focus on what Scripture says about fear, as well as hope, joy, and peace.
